REVIEW
Waking up from a long coma, Daman our protagonist, learns that he was in a massive car crash with a girl who vanished soon after the accident, leaving him to die. Strangely, all he remembers is a hazy face, her 'hypnotic' eyes, and her name- Shreyasi! To come to terms with his memory lapse he starts jotting together stories about himself and Shreyasi from his dreams, which he then turns into a hugey popular blog. When he is offered a lucrative publishing deal to convert his blog pieces into a novel, he signs up immediately. However, he gives in to editorial pressure and agrees to corrupt the original edgy character of Shreyasi. Big mistake. From then on Daman is stalked and threatened by a terrifying beauty who claims to be Shreyasi and who will stop at nothing to make him pay for being a sell-out. Before Daman fights back he needs to know: Is she really who she claims to be? What does she want from him now? What if he doesn't do what she wants him to?
MY VIEWS
Okay! Confession time... Whatever I write in the review section is always original and written by me. The process is: I read the book and write the summary of it so that you guys get a vague idea of what the story is all about. But the review section for this book is not written by me. I just copied whatever was written at the back of the book. I couldn't bring myself up to the point of writing the summary myself. I really had great expectations from the book. One because Durjoy Datta is an Indian author and two because it is mentioned that the story is not the usual love story (love stories are not really my jam). Trust me it's not even a love story. The plot revolves around the life story of a stalker and the person being stalked.

Yeah! I am so damn disappointed. The book consists of 279 pages to be exact but it took me ages to complete. I rather had to push myself to complete it. I heard that his more recent works are much better than this but I don't see myself reading his books even in the distant future. I am sorry but the blow was too hard to take.
So these were my views on the book. My first criticism. I feel like a monster right now but in this work of mine I need to be honest with you guys. So, this is absolutely not recommended to you.
I hope you guys liked what I wrote. These are my personal views, please do not take it personally.
Have you read it? Do you agree with me? Let me know in the comment section below.
As I couldn't post for all these days, so as an apology gift my next post will be a fun segment. Stay tuned. Lots of love and come on. Turn some pages!
